SONO is excited to launch our first real estate private equity fund: SONO Fund I.

Gone are the days of 6-figure investment minimums. 

What does the SONO Fund make available?

• $1,000 shares

• Monthly rental dividends

• Profit-sharing from property sale

Much like our larger equity partnership syndications, SONO Funds capitalize on stabilized cashflow and long-term appreciation through rental income and future resale of the asset.

SONO Fund I will consist of new construction, single-family residential properties, rented out to long-term tenants to provide consistent rental income. Monthly dividends are paid to investors, distributed on a per share basis.

At the end of the investment term, each asset will be resold for profit to capitalize on appreciation, with profits distributed according to ownership shares.
